When you integrate Todoist with Outlook, you can keep your full life organized — so you can get it all done and enjoy the journey. Simply add emails to your to-do list so you can handle them on your schedule. In Outlook, open the email you wish to turn into a task. In the top right corner of the email view, click the three dots icon. Scroll down to the Todoist icon. Click Add to Todoist. Search for Todoist in the Search connectors and triggers search bar. Select a trigger in the Triggers tab (for example: “Tasks completed”). Open the dropdown menu next to Project Id and select a project from your Todoist account. Once you’ve chosen a project, click + New step. Create Todoist tasks for important Outlook emails. When you get an email marked as important in your Outlook.com inbox, a task will be created in Todoist.
