A message from the Affinity team

Affinity

Serif today announced across-the-board updates for its popular suite of Affinity creative apps, including Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, and the Apple award-winning Affinity Publisher for Mac. In this episode we take a look at how you can store and organise your pictures within photo then choose to edit in Affinity Photo and have the changes automa.

As a way to lend support to the creative community during these difficult times, we’re once again offering a 90-day free trial of the Mac and Windows versions of the whole Affinity suite, for anyone who wants to use them (even those who have previously completed a free trial). We’re also bringing back the 50% discount for those who would prefer to buy and keep the apps, including our iPad versions.

Hi,

Need a tool to edit photos but would prefer staying away from Photoshop / Lightroom.

Apple Affinity Photo

I do not need a complex tool, just something a bit more comprehensive than the Photos App allowing me to edit my photos ?

Affinity Photo For Ipad Pro

Currently contemplating using either Pixelmator Pro or Affinity, which both sound like adequate editing tools, but which one to choose ?

I am a plane spotter, so I manly take plane photos thus needing editing tool to work on color, contrast, light etc...

I take all my photos in RAW format. I see that each app has a different approach to RAW file, but I don't know enough to understand the difference.

Anyone with experience in both app able to recommend which one I should choose ?

Thanks
